Enter marker ids (the dictionary's default; references are ids 0–49). “Size” is the measurable edge of the black square — the value you put in the manifest and pass as the marker size. Print at 100% scale (no “fit to page”), then measure a printed marker and correct the size if your printer rescaled. Keep clear white space around each marker (a quiet zone) — extra page margin is fine.
