GCU integration

discoverable by hyper

when on, ep writes a small descriptor (gcu:tool:ep) and a 50-entry boot timeline (gcu:log:ep) to localStorage so the GCU hyper inspector (gentropic.org/hyper) can identify ep's storage and help recover a bricked PWA. Nothing leaves your browser. Turn off if you'd rather ep stay anonymous.
